FULL COORDINATION PACKAGE

This package includes fully coordinating your event, where we plan all the requirements from start to finish. All corporate events should mirror the image of the hosts/hosting company.

Once your inquiry is received, we will send you a detailed client questionnaire and the necessary information to start the process.

The coordination process will start as soon as the concept proposal has been signed off and the deposit payment has been received and will last up to one to two weeks after the event date. We will ensure that all third parties are managed effectively, and the event logistics are taken care of to create a stress-free, delightful, and unforgettable experience.

ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION PACKAGE

You have made almost all the planning and arrangements for your event; now, you just need someone to execute your plans, make everything run accordingly, and make your event unforgettable. Our team will help and assist one day prior (with setup and assembling), on the day of the event, collection timeline for the day after to ensure that our client has an overall stress-free experience.

We will arrange an informative meeting with our client in advance to communicate our role and responsibility for the event. A month to two weeks before the event, we will take over all planning and make sure all details have been covered. We will set up a detailed event program for the client to sign off on, ensuring all aspects and logistics have been handled. After this phase, the event execution starts.
