Planning a wedding can be a daunting task, and this is where our expertise comes in. We will ensure that all elements and aspects of your wedding day(s) are taken care of. No matter how big or small we will do our utmost to ensure you receive an experience fit for royalty. After filling in a detailed questionnaire to ensure we know and understand your needs, we will compile a quote, and the beautiful journey to the aisle will commence.

This is a specially designed package for those couples who are overwhelmed with the planning of their special day and need someone to take over and make the journey down the aisle a memorable one. We will take over all planning from our couple five to eight months prior to the wedding date. All communication with suppliers and third-party vendors will then be with the designated coordinator, ensuring the couple’s only concern is how to smile for the camera.

You have done all the planning, but you now have a question of who will ensure all runs as planned?…

We are here to help. We are assisting and ensuring all the I’s are dotted, and T’s have been crossed before the big day arrives. We will have a brief handover three months prior and will take over all planning and communication one month before the big day. We are giving you as a couple the freedom to enjoy the last month before the I do’s.

We will be present the day before, day of, and the day after your wedding, ensuring all third parties are coordinated as per your arrangements.

Our passion is to ensure everlasting moments and that all of our couples leave with nothing less than an incredible experience.

This package is the full coordination services where we plan all requirements, as stated in the completed client questionnaire from start to finish. We believe that all corporate events should mirror the image of the hosts / hosting company.

The coordination process will start as soon as the full concept proposal has been signed off, and the deposit payment has been received and will last up until one to two weeks after the event date. We will ensure that all third parties are managed effectively, and the logistics of the event are taken care of to create a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

With this package almost, all arrangements and planning have been made by our client before the event. Our team will help and assist one day prior (with set up), on the day of the event and break down the day after to ensure that our client has a stress-free experience.

We will arrange a meeting in advance to communicate our role and responsibility and get most of the information from the client. A month to two weeks prior to the event, we take over all planning and make sure all details have been covered. We will set-up a detailed event program to ensure all aspects and logistics have been added accordingly, which the client signs off. After that, the event execution starts.

View Event Package +

This package is for the clients that have done all the coordination themselves. It has a project manager and or event coordinator on-site but needs extra hands or eyes on the floor or some assistance on specific elements or aspects of the event. This package may include but not limited to, arrival registration assistance, overseeing breakdown/set-up logistics, assisting with delegate travel logistics, floor management, VIP management, etc.

We will come on board and assist on the day with the required element and or area. If any creative input or consulting is required, we are happy to assist, but this will influence the cost of the package.
